How to Apply

All international students intending to apply for admission to study at Mont Royale College (MRC) must fulfil the entry qualification requirement for the programme interested in as well as fulfil the following requirements.

In other for the college to apply for your student pass, you are required to send all complete documents together with the international student application form to the international student office (ISO) The ISO in return submit this to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for processing. Please note that the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) processing will take 6 to 8 weeks after you submit your complete set of documents.

Other Documents.

1. 10 copies of passport size photograph with blue background.

2. 2 sets of photocopy of all pages of your passport. (Including blank page). Your international passport must have a minimum validity of 18 months (1 ½ year) in order to be submitted to Malaysian Immigration and subsequence entry into the country.

3. Pre medical health examination report.

4. All academic certificates & results, including secondary and/or higher secondary school transcripts and certificate photocopies. And must be certified true copy.

5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) - is required by the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia from students from Sub Sahara countries, and it must be signed by the appropriate authority in the country of origin. While for Nigerian students, they are required to submit an Eligibility Letter.

6. WAEC / NECO scratch card is required for all Nigerian students.

7. A non- refundable Visa Processing Fee RM 2,500 shall be made by either of the following:

b) By Cash for transfer or walk-in students.

For payment made in US Dollars equivalent, any shortfall due to adverse currency exchange rate will be bored by the student upon arrival.

When sending the above documents, kindly ensure that a copy of the payment slip is included (Electronic Telegraphic Transfer) with a clear copy of the bank confirmation advice and referenced with the student’s particulars such as: Name, Passport no., course and intake month and year.

Upon received the documents, the college will then submit and apply for a student visa on behalf of the student.

We advise that all application documents should be submitted at least eight (8) weeks to give room for the approval from the relevant department here in Malaysia.
